Photo Booth Planning Guide
BEFORE YOUR EVENT
Please tell us the name and mobile phone number of our onsite contact, as well as who will approve the photo website after the event.
Photo Print Template
Send a high resolution logo (300 dpi, eps, tiff, or jpeg) to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the title of your event. We will send a proof of your custom photo print template for approval.
We recommend planning the location of your photo booth in advance. The optimal placement is 72” from the backdrop with access to power. We suggest a high traffic or clearly visible location and a stanchion if the booth is placed in a walkway.
For best results use a non-reflective backdrop. We recommend a size of 9’x9’ or 4’x6’. We offer backdrop and frame rentals for $75, or you may use your own. Referrals for custom backdrops are available upon request.
DURING YOUR EVENT
Your photo booth includes one attendant for five hours. An additional attendant is available for $250 and is required for events with more than 600 guests.
We connect the photo booth to your video equipment via a VGA, DVI, or HDMI connection, making the images instantly available for viewing throughout your event. Photos may be removed from the slide show upon request.
The Photo Booth sends instant emails with guest photos attached, as well as a link to download free, high resolution images. To use this feature, please arrange a fast WiFi connection at the venue for one computer.
Each guest is asked for an email address in order to receive their photos and a link to the photo website. We do not use this information for any other purpose.
AFTER YOUR EVENT
Every approved photo is posted online to a dedicated event gallery making it easy for your guests to find their photos. Unlimited high resolution downloads are available for free.
We provide you with a spreadsheet with the names and emails provided by your guests.
