Our professional registration team will greet each guest, verify their reservation, and present a printed registration card in less than 15 seconds. Our powerful software keeps you apprised of the check-in total and table counts.

We preload your guest list into our system and will handle onsite additions and changes with ease. VIPs are noted for special handling, and an optional text message can be sent to alert you when the check-in. Cancellations and substitutions are tracked, ensuring an accurate accounting of all attendees. Onsite ticket sales and payment collection can also be provided.

We provide managed online registration services to sell tickets, tables, and sponsorships for your event. Your dedicated event manager will design a custom registration page and provide daily sales reports. We also provide access to Registration Genius, our online tool for viewing and editing registration data, adding guest, assigning table numbers, or downloading data.
