BEFORE YOUR EVENT
We help you get your auction catalog ready. With our free Catalog Genius app, you can easily organize lot descriptions, add pictures, make revisions, and add new lots anytime. Your dedicated auction manager will help you every step of the way with technical support, advice on pricing, image acquisition, and marketing.
Online auction
Start the bidding early with an online auction that continues right through your event. We host your auction and keep you updated on bids. Bidders can set their maximum bids in advance. By the time your event begins, the auction will be well underway.
Quickpass Check-In
Treat your guests to VIP service with QuickPass online check-in. We invite guests to bypass the registration desk by checking in online. After they check-in, they are brought directly to the auction catalog to encourage early bidding.
At Your Event
Our registration teams welcomes your guests and swiftly provides them bidder and table numbers. We send a welcome message to their phone so they can start bidding. During your reception, our friendly iPad Valets chat with your guests about the auction and take their bids. At seated events, our iPad Valets work the tables during the meal service. Guests don't need any technical expertise. They don't even have to touch the iPads. But most of them will want to, and we encourage them!
MOBILE BIDDING
While most guests like to bid with our iPad valets, mobile bidding is available throughout the event. The online bidding website stays open throughout the event, while onsite bidders can also use text messages to bid at any time.
Live Auction and Paddle Raises
Our auction system is specially designed to handle the fast-paced bidding at a live auction. We supply paddles at the tables for each guest and post the bids and pledges in real time to encourage participation and drive up the bidding.
Leaderboard
Top bids are posted instantly to every iPad, an electronic leader board, and your auction website. Outbid notices are sent automatically to mobile phones so guests can rebid anywhere, anytime. You can also keep bidders engaged while browsing your auction displays with optional electronic Smart Tag displays.
Instant Closing and Smart Checkout
With our instant closing, your auction can stay open longer to raise more money. The checkout desk opens as soon as the auction concludes, or guests can checkout with their smart phones. Unsold lots may be offered for sale at the event or online to maximize your revenue. After your event we provide comprehensive reports, analysis, and bidding data to help identify potential donors and the best lots for next year's event.
Easy REDEMPTION
We make redemption easy by providing each winner with redemption receipts after they pay. Your volunteers simply exchange the merchandise for the receipt. With our Catalog Genius app, all certificates are printed out in order, ready for distribution at your event. Want even more help? With our optional redemption service, we will plan, pack, and distribute all auction merchandise to winners, and then pack up all remainders.

At the end of your event, guests can be invited to make an additional pledge from their phone. We will send a text message to every guest who registered a phone with a link to make a donation. It’s a great way to encourage additional support from donors at any level they choose.
